Counseling

One of the most important aspects of therapy is the relationship that forms between the client and therapist. After all, connection is one of our most fundamental needs. A strong therapeutic alliance can support you through the often uncomfortable process of change without feeling alone.

I provide online therapy for adults in Arkansas and Mississippi, specializing in anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I offer a supportive space in both English and Polish.

I create an environment of non-judgment, trust, and collaboration. It is important to me to meet you where you are and help guide you toward self-discovery, self-acceptance, and ultimately, self-actualization.

My work style is eclectic, meaning I tailor the therapeutic process to your unique needs. I draw from a variety of theoretical approaches and interventions to create a personalized and holistic treatment plan. When helpful, I also collaborate with other professionals to support a well-rounded care experience.

As a client, you play an active role in this process, and together we build a path that feels meaningful and sustainable for you.

Nothing ever goes away until it has taught us what we need to know

Mindfulness

Mindfulness plays an important role in the way I approach counseling. It is a well-researched practice shown to be helpful in working with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, addiction, and other emotional challenges.

In therapy, mindfulness helps individuals develop the ability to respond to life with greater awareness and intention, rather than reacting automatically or feeling overwhelmed by thoughts and emotions.

By cultivating mindful awareness, you can begin to relate differently to your present-moment experience. This shift can support you in stepping out of cycles of rumination about the past or worry about the future, and instead become more grounded in the present.

In my work as an online therapist serving clients in Arkansas and Mississippi, I integrate mindfulness-based approaches to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and lasting change.

The present is the only time that any of us have to be alive
– to know anything, to perceive, to learn, to act, to change, to heal.
